The DTRC has four phases designed to be completed in five months. Movement through the phase system depends on youth progress and needs. Services occur several days a week for up to ten hours a week.

DTRC Services include:
* Comprehensive assessments
* Services for co-occurring disorders
* Cognitive behavioral skills groups
* Gender specific groups
* Weekly check-ins with primary worker
* Alcohol and other drug education
* Urinalysis testing
* Relapse prevention planning
* One-on-one tutoring
* Creative arts activities
* Individual counseling
* Family counseling
* Multi-family group
* Behavioral Support Specialist services
* Master Service Plan (team) meetings
