The Psycho-Academic Tutoring Program is funded in thanks to The McKay Family Foundation, The Chambers Family Foundation, and The Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation. The Psycho-Academic Tutoring Program provides one-to-one academic support for adjudicated youth involved with the Lane County Department of Youth Services. Tutors are trained in a strength based, motivational-interviewing technique that enhances resiliency factors through identifying the youth's strengths and building upon them to increase the youth's perceived and actual academic achievement.Psycho-Academic Tutoring Program
