| David Mikula, LCSW, CADC III, NCAC II Director and Clinical Supervisor, has been working in the Chemical Dependency and Mental Health field since 1989. Mr. Mikula has extensive experience in individual, group and family therapy. He has participated in the design, development and implementation of treatment models with numerous agencies, including those focused on working with clients with co-occurring disorders. He has cultivated a close working relationship with treatment providers in both the mental health and chemical dependency fields. Mr. Mikula has provided professional training on various forms of therapy since 1988, and is a certified trainer in Motivational Interviewing. |

Shanti Rios, BS Assistant Director, is responsible for all administrative processes including fiscal operations, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and Oregon Administrative Rules. She received her degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and has been with the agency since 2000.

| Paula Levinrad, LCSW, CADC I Clinical Supervisor for PSU interns and for the Recovery Programs. Ms. Levinrad has been with the agency since 2005. |

| Nicole Miller, MA Treatment Coordinator for the Phoenix Program at the Department of Youth Services and Clinical Supervisor for Behavioral Support Specialists. |

| Carolyn Remmers, MEd, Program Coordinator for the following programs: Adult and Youth Outpatient Mental Health, Evaluation and Referral Services, Sex Offender Adult Recovery, Adult and Youth Alcohol and Other Drug Recovery Programs, Co-Occurring and Intensive Co-Occurring Recovery, and the Teaching Clinic. |

| Mitch Schwartz, MA, Clinical Consultant for all CFD programs. He is also the Director of Training for the CFD Teaching Clinic. Mr. Schwartz has been with CFD since the agency’s inception in 1991. |

Ron Unger, LCSW, Program Coordinator, works as an individual and family therapist, and is also the coordinator of the Community Support Program, which is a peer support program emphasizing increased community connections. Ron’s specialties include working with trauma and psychosis using cognitive therapy methods, and assisting people with issues of sexual and gender identity. Ron has also been active in professional and community education, especially concerning cognitive therapy for psychosis and understanding the broad impact of trauma.
