The Adult and Youth Recovery Programs address the complex nature of substance use recovery. CFD recognizes recovery as a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, lead self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential. The Recovery Program at CFD is built on access to evidence-based clinical treatment and recovery support services for all populations. The services provided at CFD include: individual and group therapy, family therapy, peer support, urine analysis, and collaboration with referring agencies.

All Adult Recovery Program clients must attend BOTH a psycho-educational group (A) and a skill-building group (B).

Group A: Psycho-educational group focused on the physiological, psychological, and social ramifications of substance abuse. The group offers essential information and skill-sets necessary to establish early recovery from abusive patterns of use.
Mondays: 1:00-2:30pm
Tuesdays: 10:00-11:10am or 6:00-7:30pm

Group B: Skill-building and processing group provides information, skills, and tools useful for successfully managing early abstinence and recovery.
Wednesdays: 10:00-11:30am
Thursdays: 1:00-2:30pm or

The Women’s Recovery Group is for women only and can be taken in place of the Group B. This group addresses issues that arise for women in recovery. Topics covered include: relaxation, family dynamics, trauma, abuse, healthy nutrition, communication, and positive coping skills. This group also emphasizes building healthy and supportive relationships with same-gender peers in recovery.
Tuesdays: 12:00-1:30pm

Los Programas de Recuperación para Adultos y Jóvenes abordan la compleja naturaleza de recuperarse de un abuso de sustancias. CFD reconoce que la recuperación es un proceso de cambio a través del cual las personas mejoran su salud y bienestar, dirigen sus vidas de manera independiente y se esfuerzan por alcanzar su máximo potencial. Los programas de recuperación en CFD se desarrollan para brindar a toda la población un acceso a tratamientos clínicos basados en evidencia y servicios de apoyo para la recuperación. Los servicios proporcionados en CFD incluyen: terapia individual o de grupo, terapia familiar, apoyo de otros adultos con experiencias similares, análisis de orina y colaboración con las agencias refiriendo a nuestros servicios.
