Medication Assisted Treatment

CFD provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals with a demonstrated opioid and/or alcohol use disorder.

Medications offered include, but are not limited to, Suboxone (Buprenorphine) and Vivitrol (Naltrexone), though CFD does not provide Methadone.

Individuals may be eligible for MAT if their opioid or alcohol use disorder meets diagnosis criteria as being appropriate for outpatient care.

Services are often provided in combination with CFD’s Adult Recovery Program.

Services are provided in a safe and inclusive setting and are covered by OHP and several private insurance carriers.

CFD also offers a self-payment option.

Financial support may be available if eligibility requirements are met.
