Behavioral Health Resource Network of Lane County (LC-BHRN)
What is LC-BHRN?
LC-BHRN is a collaborative group of service providers in Lane County Oregon, with the goal of providing a single point of access to harm reduction, treatment, and recovery, outcomes for people who use drugs. The network is funded through Oregon Health Authority by a ballot initiative called Measure 110, which had the goal of expanding access to treatment across the state of Oregon. LINK Program
The Link Program provides free support for individuals whose lives have been impacted by substance use. Through a welcoming and non-judgmental approach, the program helps people connect with community resources, recovery support, and professional guidance. Services include case management, peer support from individuals with lived experience, harm reduction education and supplies, and substance use assessments with referrals to treatment when needed. The program operates Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 261 E. 12th Avenue in Eugene, Oregon. Peer Support
Peer Support Specialists (PSSs) are people who have had to work on their own recovery and now aid in the recovery of other individuals. PSSs offer multi-faceted support to increase coping skills, identify strengths and talents, and envision recovery. PSSs are credentialed by Oregon Health Authority as Traditional Health Workers.

Recovery Programs
Address the complex nature of substance use recovery. CFD’s programs use strength-based, client-centered concepts to improve well-being. All Recovery Staff are certified Drug and Alcohol Counselors.
