Recovery Groups

Groups are in-person unless noted otherwise. Please talk to your therapist or the front office with any questions.

 

Come as You Are - Harm Reduction

Mondays, 5:00-6:00pm (In person)

This group supports members in identifying choices that might lead to less harmful outcomes for themselves and others. This group model does not advocate any particular goal, except to create a safe space for individuals. Participants explore what is and is not working for them and what reasonable adjustments can be made to create improvements in their lives.

Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants

Four times available:

Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00pm (Zoom)

Wednesdays, 11:00am-12:00pm (Hybrid Remote)

Wednesdays, 6:00pm-7:00pm (in person)

Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm (Zoom)

All DUII clients must attend group as part of the program. Information on alcohol is central to the group, with topics ranging from the physiological, psychological, and social effects of alcohol and other drug use, to legal implications.

Recovery Wellness

This group is a psycho-educational group focused on the ways substance use impacts a person's physical,

emotional, and social health. The group offers essential information and suggestions to help individuals establish

wellness in their recovery from substance use.

Rainbow of Hope

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm (Zoom)

A non-judgmental and affirming substance use recovery group centered around LGBTQIA2S+ experiences.

Silver Linings Recovery Group

Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00 – 5:30 pm (Hybrid Remote)

The Silver Linings group is a supportive, therapeutic space designed specifically for older adults (ages 50+) who are navigating recovery from substance use, grief, depression, chronic illness, or major life transitions. The group offers a safe, respectful environment to process experiences, build resilience, and foster meaningful connection.

Women’s Recovery

Wednesdays, 10:00-11:30am (Zoom)

* Anyone identifying as female is welcome in this group.

This group addresses issues that arise for women in recovery. Topics covered include relaxation, family dynamics,

trauma, abuse, healthy nutrition, communication, and positive coping skills. This group also emphasizes building

healthy and supportive relationships with same-gender peers in recovery.
